Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may observe failures rendering images containing a Content-ID (CID) in email within the Timeline control.

More info: As an alternative method, users can open the same email directly in the Email entity form to render images correctly.

Current Update: 09/12/2024 09:12:00 AM – Microsoft have begun deployment of the aforementioned fix to correct the configuration change that filters CID embedded images. Some users may already begin to see impact remediated and they are monitoring the deployment to ensure that it completes for all remaining affected users.

Scope of impact: Any users serviced by the affected infrastructure may observe failures rendering images containing a Content-ID in emails within the Timeline control.

Root cause: A recent routine service update to the Microsoft Power Apps service infrastructure responsible for rendering images using the ‘View More’ button on the timeline applied a configuration change that filters images containing a CID, resulting in impact.
