Information – NHS Email Relay Configuration Updates

This is an adapted version of the announcement released by the Regional Security Leads to the *.NHS.uk organisations.

Please be aware there are planned configuration changes scheduled to start on the NHS Email Relay Service in early December. This is expected to complete by the end of 2024.

We would advise *.NHS.uk organisations to familiarise themselves with their business continuity plans in advance to avoid potential mail flow problems. The Relay Configuration article has been updated with the latest information on the primary connection and configuration settings, and should be your first stop if you do experience issues.
