Issue Description: Users may be unable to receive or sync on-premises email messages on the Outlook mobile app.
Current Update: 29/10/2024 08:52:00 AM – Microsoft are continuing to implement the change and restart MRS to resolve impact for users.
Scope of impact: Impact may occur for some users attempting to receive or sync on-premises email messages on the Outlook mobile app.
Root cause: A recent change to the Mailbox Replication Service (MRS) intended to enhance logging has resulted in sync issues for on-premises email messages on the Outlook mobile app.
