Issue Description: Admins may be intermittently unable to provision new devices to Microsoft Intune.

Current Update: 26/09/2024 15:26:00 PM –  Microsoft service telemetry analysis has isolated a subset of service infrastructure which has dropped below our manageable service performance thresholds, intermittently preventing admins from provisioning new devices to Microsoft Intune. As they continue their review into the source for the lower-than-expected service infrastructure performance levels, they are restarting system services on the affected subset of service infrastructure in our efforts to remediate the impact.

Scope of impact :  Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to provision new devices to Microsoft Intune.

Root cause: A subset of service infrastructure that helps provision new devices for Microsoft Intune has dropped below our manageable service performance thresholds, resulting in impact.
