More info: Additionally, macOS devices may miss vulnerabilities assessments on newly installed apps and might have false-positive assessments on uninstalled apps.

Current Update: 26/09/2024 10:16:00 AM – Upon further investigation, Microsoft have confirmed that a recent client side update contains a code regression that is resulting in impact. In an effort to alleviate impact, they have developed and are validating a code fix that we plan to deploy once the adequate testing has been completed.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some macOS devices that are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent update contains a code regression that’s resulting in impact.
