Issue Description: Some users may be unable to utilize Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) in the PowerPoint mobile app.

More info: This event strictly impacts users attempting to utilize Copilot in the PowerPoint mobile app with Optional Connected Experiences disabled.

Current Update: 13/09/2024 08:34:00 AM – Microsoft have developed a fix to address the code misconfiguration and anticipate it will be validated and ready for release by Monday, September 23, 2024.

Scope of impact :Users with Optional Connected Experiences disabled attempting to utilize Copilot in the PowerPoint mobile app may be impacted.

Root cause: A service update to a portion of the PowerPoint mobile app service infrastructure contains a code misconfiguration, resulting in impact.
