Issue Description: Users may be unable to view screens being shared by other users in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 13/09/2024 07:44:00 AM – Microsoft have finished working with the third-party provider to make the necessary changes to unblock the affected traffic and can confirm impact has been resolved.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users expecting to receive SMS confirmation messages in the Microsoft Bookings service are impacted.

Root cause: Affected user requests are being incorrectly blocked by a specific third party provider, resulting in SMS confirmation messages not being received.

Next steps: Microsoft are working with the specific third-party provider to help prevent this problem from happening again.
