Issue Description: Users may be unable to see or open their Loop workspaces.

Final Update: 25/09/2024 16:21:00 PM – Microsoft were in the process of analyzing system logs and network trace data to isolate the source of the problem, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the problem is no longer occurring, and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.
