Issue Description: Users attending town halls can’t view the video stream in the Microsoft Teams mobile app for iOS 18 devices.

Current Update: 25/09/2024 09:10:00 AM – Microsoft review of the code and errors has identified that the cause of impact is due to a recent iOS update, when interacting with Microsoft teams, prevents townhall attendees from seeing the video stream. They have begun developing a fix for this issue. They will provide an update on the status of this fix by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to view video streams in town halls from the Microsoft Teams mobile app in any iOS 18 device is impacted.

Root cause: A recent iOS update, when interacting with Microsoft teams, prevents townhall attendees from seeing the video stream.
