Admins may not be able to load Resource Accounts in the PowerApp.

Issue Status: Service degradation

User impact: Admins may be unable to load Resource Accounts in the NHSmail Phone System PowerApp. This may impact admins from being able to manage Resource Accounts, Call Queues and Auto-Attendants.

Latest: A case has been raised with Microsoft and we are working with Microsoft to identify the cause.
