Issue Description: We are aware of some users experiencing issues whereby emails are not visible within Microsoft OWA until the webpage is refreshed.

Final Update: 29/07/2024 15:10:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix deployed to resolve the issue has fully saturated across the entirety of the affected environment and that impact has been remediated.
