Issue Description: Some users may be unable to view group membership information in Outlook for the web profile cards.

Current Update: 10/05/2024 12:20:00 PM – Microsoft have completed development of the fix to resolve the group membership data caching issue, and they’re currently subjecting it to their validation process to verify its efficacy and expect to provide additional details regarding an estimated time to deployment and the fix’s overall mitigative trajectory once validation is complete.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view group membership information in Outlook for the web profile cards may be impacted

Root cause: A group membership data caching issue is preventing affected users from seeing that information in Outlook for the web profile cards.
