Issue Description: Users may be unable to use the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) functionality and are instead presented with an error stating that you can’t reset your own password because password writeback isn’t turned on.
Final Update: 12/06/2024 17:02:00 PM – After a period of monitoring, the Self-Service Password Reset tool has remained stable and fully functional with no further issues identified. The Accenture team are continuing to work with Microsoft to identify the root cause of the issue.
