Issue Description: Users may see the incorrect font for some text web parts on some modern SharePoint Online pages.

More info: The expectation is that the font displayed will be the default Segoe UI font displaying with a font size of 18px and 400 weight. Affected pages are showing Segoe UI Light with size 17px and 300 weight

Final Update: 28/03/2024 09:30:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed with some affected users that the issue has been remediated following our reversion of the offending service update.

Scope of impact: Users may see the incorrect font for some text web parts on some modern SharePoint Online pages.

Root cause: A recent change intended to provide an additional text class in instances where custom fonts are disabled to ensure that text web parts return to the previously enabled font has resulted in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their service update processes to better identify similar font issues during their development and testing cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
