Issue Description: Users may be intermittently unable to access OneDrive for Business content.
Final Update 03/02/2025 08:28:00 AM – The deployment of the fix has completed and Microsoft have confirmed by utilizing internal monitoring telemetry to confirm that impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Root cause: A newly added code stream that exceeded size limitations has caused a subset of service infrastructure that helps facilitate access to OneDrive for Business content to drop below our manageable service performance thresholds, resulting in impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update validation procedure to help identify and prevent similar code stream size issues in the future.
