Issue Description: Users may be unable to view Viva Engage Group report data.
More info: Impacted scenarios include, but aren’t limited to:
– Admins attempting to view the Viva Engage Group report in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
– Users attempting to view or acquire Viva Engage Group report data through the Graph API or any other method.
Final Update: 12/04/2024 11:05:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully finished deploying the fix to the affected infrastructure, and confirmed after a period monitoring that the service environment which was impacted has been remediated.
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to view Viva Engage Group reports and report data are impacted.
Root cause: A data processing issue was introduced by a recent service update, resulting in impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their service update procedures to help prevent this issue from happening again.
