Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may see failures when interacting with bot-linked actions within adaptive cards in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Affected users can input either the “Ctrl + F5” or “Ctrl + Shift + r” keystroke to manually refresh as a temporary workaround.

Final Update: 25/06/2025 08:51:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed with a subset of previously affected users that impact was remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user interacting with bot-linked actions within adaptive cards in Microsoft Teams may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent client update contains a code regression, resulting in impact

Next Steps: To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing their update release procedures to identify code regressions before being released.
