Issue Description: Users may be unable to see video in the new Microsoft Teams on Windows devices.

More info: The impact is specific to Windows devices that are running on some Windows versions, such as versions N and KN, where a specific Windows media component (mfplat.dll) isn’t present. Affected users may see no video where the video is supposed to be displayed.

Current Update: 22/04/2024 08:31:00 AM Based on the fix’s current deployment progress, Microsoft anticipate that it will complete deployment and resolve the issue around May 3, 2024. They are closely monitoring its progress to ensure it remains on target to remediate the issue by that date.

Scope of impact: This event may impact any users who attempt to view video in the new Microsoft Teams.
