Issue Description: Mac OS users may experience intermittent crashes in meetings within the new Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 28/03/2024 11:08:00 AM – The deployment of the fix has successfully completed, and Microsoft have verified through monitoring service telemetry that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A code regression, within a component of infrastructure that facilitates the rendering of video content, is causing impact to occur.

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the code regression that lead to impact, so that they can identify next steps that”ll help them further improve the reliability and resiliency of their service.
