Issue Description: Users accessing bookings in Microsoft Bookings may not have seen any data displayed.
More info: Users may have seen an error indicating “Some error occurred.” This impacted all Microsoft Bookings connections methods and could have affected any section of Bookings including but not limited to:
– Calendar
– Services
– Staff
Final Update: 08/05/2024 09:15:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed through their service health telemetry monitoring that the code disablement has propagated to all affected environments, resolving the issue.
Scope of impact: Any user accessing bookings through Microsoft Bookings may have encountered sections displaying without any data.
Root cause: A recently enabled update to enhance some Microsoft Bookings features introduced a code issue, resulting in the impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their testing and validation process for updates to the Booking service and its features to better identify code issues prior to deployment.
