Issue Description: Users may see a decline in their metric scores in the Ransomware protection and Endpoint Security initiatives.

Final Update: 15/04/2024 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft finished deploying the fix and received feedback from affected users that impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view their metric scores in the Ransomware protection and Endpoint Security initiatives may be impacted.

Root cause: Recent code modifications related to the calculation of scores for TVM metrics contain a code issue and is preventing metric scores from displaying accurately for some users.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing the recent code modification procedures to help prevent similar impact from happening again.
