Issue Description: Users may be unable to upload or view profile photos in multiple Microsoft 365 services.
More info: Users may encounter issues uploading personal profile photos, group or team photos. Additionally, users may also be unable to view already uploaded photos, as they may appear as blank.
This impacts any Microsoft 365 service that utilizes a profile photo feature.
Final Update: 24/05/2024 08:35:00 PM – Microsoft have identified that a portion of backend infrastructure was performing below acceptable performance thresholds, resulting in impact. While they were in the process of analyzing service logs to help us determine the next best remediation steps, system monitoring indicated the service had returned to normal health. They’ve confirmed the issue is no longer occurring and they’ll continue to monitor the service to ensure the problem doesn’t happen again.
