Issue Description: Users may be unable to search in the Audit Logs within the Microsoft Purview portal.

More info: Affected users may have seen the error message reporting “failed to load data. Please try again later”.

Final Update: 18/03/2024 08:51:00 AM Microsoft’s analysis of telemetry identified a recent service update contained a code change that was incompatible with the service functionality. They have since reverted this code change and have confirmed that impact has been alleviated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent service update was released with a code change that was incompatible with the service health.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to analyze the code that caused the impact to understand how this wasn’t identified during their pre-deployment processes so we can avoid similar issues in future updates.
