Issue Description: Some users may be unable to download attachments from Outlook on the web.

More info: While we’re focused on remediation, users may sign out and back into Outlook on the web to temporarily mitigate the impact.

Final Update: 15/04/2024 09:03:00 AM – Microsoft determined that the impact associated with this issue isn’t occurring for majority of users and no service issue occurred in most environments.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to download attachments from Outlook on the web may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent update, intended to improve the reliability of Outlook on the web, contains a code configuration issue that’s causing long running sessions and may prevent attachment downloads
