Issue Description: We have identified an issue with use of People Finder via the NHSmail Portal. When experienced, the issue will result in ‘No matching entries found’ being displayed when searching for a user.
Final Update: 09/07/2024 10:00:00 AM – Following a period of extensive monitoring and having checked the AWS logs available to us, we are able to confirm that this issue is fully resolved.
