Issue Description: Some users’ Microsoft Power Automate flows triggered by Forms actions aren’t working as expected.

Final Update: 21/02/2024 08:34:00 AM – Our representatives have confirmed that impact has been remediated following Microsoft’s fix to block the unnecessary retries.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: Constant form flow requests had caused a subset of infrastructure, intended to handle those requests, to work below optimal standards, causing the impact.

Next steps: Microsoft will continue to monitor the service health telemetry as well as investigate why the affected component wasn’t functioning properly to help prevent similar issues in the future.
