Issue Description: Users may be unable to sign into the Microsoft To Do service
Final Update: 29/02/2024 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft have reverted the impacting update and confirmed this has restored service after internal testing and confirming with previously affected users.
Scope of impact: Impact may occur for all users when attempting to sign into the Microsoft To Do service.
Root cause: A recent web version update is causing authentication issues with the Microsoft To Do service.
Next steps: Microsoft have continuing their review of the impacting change to isolate the specific code responsible for impact and identify similar authentication issues in future validations.
