Please note, we have been made aware of an issue related to SharePoint quota allocation. This issue appears to impact organisations utilising the National License provision and results in an incorrect organisational SharePoint quota being allocated. As a result of this miscalculation, new SharePoint sites cannot be created because the NHSmail Portal believes that no storage quota is available.

Final Update: 29/02/2024 09:30:00 AM – A portal points release was deployed on the evening of the 28/02 to fix the issue identified causing the SharePoint quota allocation issue. The deployment was fully successful and all testing indicates the fix has accomplished what was intended allowing users to create and manage their SharePoint sites via the Portal in the usual way.
