Issue Status: RESOLVED

User impact: Admins are unable to administer changes or view current settings via the Teams Phone System PowerApp on an intermittent basis.

Final Update: 09/02/2024 10:32:00 AM – Following an investigation with Microsoft we were able to identify the cause of the intermittent error messages. A change was subsequently implemented to reduce and optimize the number of language workers, and after a period of monitoring we are able to confirm resolution of the service degradation.
