Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: Users may have experienced issues viewing the NHSmail Portal homepage after successfully authenticating. Users may have observed a partial homepage being displayed along with an error code 404.
Final Update: 29/01/2024 10:15:00 AM – The issue has now been resolved. Please clear your browser cache prior to starting a new NHSmail Portal session.
