Privacy Notifications Issue – RESOLVED

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue causing multiple instances of the O365 Privacy Status Alert to be sent to the relevant individuals when only one should be received.

Current Update: 07/12/2023 18:00 PMAlthough engineers investigating this issue had an idea of the root cause, we have not seen further recurrence of the original issue identified and have also been unable to replicate the issue through testing. We will continue to closely monitor the situation to see if it happens again and will also continue to troubleshoot using the logs available to us.
