NHSMail Reference: INC40245671

Microsoft Reference: MM697472

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may be unable to interact with the Power BI dashboard on model-driven apps via browsers on Chromium version 120.

More info: The model-driven apps would load as expected; however, when a user clicked on any action or link in the app through the Power BI dashboard, nothing happened. Only Chromium-based browsers, such as Edge and Chrome, running Chromium version 120 were affected.

As a workaround, users could have performed one of the following actions if allowed by your organization:

-Roll back to the previous Chromium version 119 or earlier.

-Use a supported non-Chromium based browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox) to access the Power BI dashboard.

-Access the Power BI dashboard directly via desktop app or portal.

Final Update: 13/12/2023 08:49:00 AM Microsoft fully deployed their fix throughout the affected environment and confirmed through the internal telemetry that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event and users attempting to interact with the Power BI dashboard on model-driven apps via browsers on Chromium version 120 are impacted.

Root cause: A recent Chromium update contained a configuration change, resulting in impact.
