Issue Description: Users are unable to export Teams Approvals app data to OneDrive.

Final Update: 10/01/2024 09:06:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix deployment has completed to GCC environments, resolving the issue in full, and they’ve re-enabled the affected feature for all users.

Scope of impact: Any user who has received approval requests and is attempting to export approvals data will experience impact.

Root cause: An unexpected code problem resulted in the export feature becoming unavailable.

Next steps: Microsoft are looking for ways to reduce the impact timeframe in the future.
