Issue Description: Some users may be missing the option to switch audio tracks within Microsoft Stream.

Final Update: 17/01/2024 08:50:00 AM – Microsoft completed re-deploying the new feature and have confirmed that the impact is now fully remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users don’t have the expected option to switch audio tracks within Microsoft Stream.

Root cause: A code issue uncovered by a new feature added to the Microsoft Stream service i is causing the new feature to not function as expected.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing this code issue to understand how it occurred or where it came from to prevent similar impact from reoccurring.
