Issue Description: Some users may be unable to send or receive email messages in Exchange Online using third-party apps.

More info: Specifically, this only impact users with third-party apps that utilize the Exchange Web Services (EWS) API.

Final Update: 19/12/2023 08:45:00 AM Following Microsoft’s completed fix deployment, their internal service telemetry has confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, with third-party apps that utilize the Exchange Web Services (EWS) API.

Next steps: Microsoft are further analyzing the code regression and the affected EWS API to help them isolate similar problems during our testing and validation processes and before impact can be produced.
