Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access Microsoft Power Apps.
More info: Additionally, some users may have also experienced the following issues:
– Runtime failures when playing apps and creating connections
– Integration with SharePoint Online would not function as expected
Final Update: 20/11/2023 10:30:00 AM – After an extended period of monitoring, Microsoft have confirmed impact is resolved and the service has fully recovered. Additionally, they have determined the isolated issue within a small section of the European infrastructure is also resolved.
Scope of impact: Some users attempting to use the Share to Teams feature in Exchange Online may be impacted.
Root cause: A TLS misconfiguration and Windows Service incompatibility caused the issue. Further investigation is ongoing and will be provided in the post-incident report.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their deployment procedures to understand why impact wasn’t detected during the testing phase. This will allow them to prevent further instances of impact going forward
