Issue Description: Users’ contact card in Microsoft Teams contains an incorrect translation of “Free until” in some languages.

More info: Impact occurs for, but may not be limited to, users leveraging Microsoft Teams in the German, Spanish, French, and Italian languages. All Microsoft Teams connection methods are affected.

Final Update: 15/11/2023 08:30:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix was successfully deployed and the issue is resolved. If users report that impact persists, please restart Microsoft Teams to clear the cache to receive the fix. 

Scope of impact: Users with German, Spanish, French, and Italian languages set may be impacted when viewing others’ availability as depicted on their contact cards in all Microsoft Teams connection methods

Root cause: A service update intended to improve non-English language translations within Microsoft Teams, introduced an impacting localization issue.

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the service update to understand how the localization issue was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in their update testing and validation procedures, which will allow them to prevent similar issues in future updates.
