Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users can’t create connections or run flows in Power Automate.

More info: Power Automate integration with SharePoint Online and Power BI is also not functioning.

Final Update: 16/11/2023 15:30:00 PM–After an extended period of monitoring, Microsoft have confirmed impact is resolved and the service has fully recovered. Additionally, they’ve determined the isolated issue within a small section of the European infrastructure is also resolved.

Scope of impact: All users may experience impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their deployment procedures to understand why impact wasn’t detected during the testing phase. This will allow them to prevent further instances of impact going forward.
