Issue Description: Users’ Intune enrolled devices running Windows 10 and above may be unable to access your organization”s resources.

Final Update: 01/12/2023 08:35:00 AM – Microsoft completed the deployment of the fix and their telemetry indicates that users should be seeing relief. They are performing extended monitoring to confirm impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Your organization may be affected by this event, and impact is limited to a subset of users” Intune enrolled devices running Windows 10 and above.
Root cause: A recent service update intended to improve firewall compliance state has produced a cache inconsistency which is preventing Windows 10 and later users” Intune enrolled devices from accessing organizational resources.
Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the service update to understand how the cache inconsistency was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in their update testing and validation procedures, which will allow them to prevent similar issues in future updates.
