Issue Description: Users can’t add Google calendars in Outlook on the web.

Final Update: 08/11/2023 08:35:00 AM Microsoft’s operation to implement the previously mentioned fix to correct the Google connected account requests is complete, and we”ve tested to confirm that impact is remediated

Scope of impact: Users that are attempting to add Google calendars to Outlook through Outlook on the web may be affected.

Root cause: An issue with incorrect user settings being provided during requests for Google connected accounts is causing call failures.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their Exchange Online code base update procedures pertaining to Google connected account compatibility to prevent similar impact in future updates.
