Issue Description: Some users may be unable to use the Share to Teams feature in Exchange Online.

Final Update: 20/11/2023 10:30:00 AM – The fix to resolve the underlying code issue and restore service has completed deployment, and Microsoft’s service telemetry confirms that this action has restored the Share to Teams feature in Exchange Online and impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to use the Share to Teams feature in Exchange Online may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent standard service deployment contained an issue in code that is leading to impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing our Microsoft Teams service update procedures pertaining to Share to Teams functionality within Exchange Online to prevent similar impact in future updates.
