Issue Description: Unable to authenticate using SMS or Voice for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Final Update: 08/11/2023 08:35:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed by monitoring service diagnostics that the third-party providers service has recovered and users can now authenticate using SMS or Voice for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Root cause: A third-party provider experienced a service issue which prevented Azure MFA users from authenticating using SMS or Voice for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)..

Next Steps: As this was an external issue that resulted in impact, there are no additional steps to be taken.
