Issue Status: Degradation

User impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft Power Apps. Additionally, some users may also be experiencing runtime failures when playing apps and creating connections.

Current status: Microsoft have  determined some regions have now recovered. They are continuing to monitor the progress of a rollback throughout the remaining affected infrastructure. They entering a period of monitoring to ensure the stability of the service.
