Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: Users may observe intermittent issues when attempting to access NHSmail services such as the NHSmail Portal and Office 365 applications. This issue is believed to relate to an existing Microsoft degradation alert.
Current Update: 10/11/2023 12:15:00 PM – We have received confirmation from the Microsoft provider that the issue is now resolved. This was associated with an artificial increase in network traffic that caused DNS issues. Configuration changes within the Microsoft networking infrastructure have been made with no further issues identified post a period of monitoring.
