Issue Description : Users may have been unable to enter search queries in OneDrive for Business.

Final Update : 03/10/2023 15:41:00 PM – Microsoft determined that a recent standard service update, intended to update the suite navigation, inadvertently introduced a code regression that resulted in some users from being able to enter search queries in OneDrive for Business. They have successfully reverted the offending change and confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure attempting to enter search queries in OneDrive for Business.

Root cause : A recent standard service update, intended to update the suite navigation, inadvertently introduced a code regression that resulted in some users from being able to enter search queries in OneDrive for Business.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during the development and testing cycles.
