Issue Description: Users may have been unable to sign into Microsoft Entra ID for Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Final Update: 24/10/2023 08:42:00 AM – Microsoft’s internal monitoring alerted them that users may have experienced Microsoft Entra ID sign-in failures when using the Authenticator App, OATH, ADFS, or NPS for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). They determined that a portion of the service infrastructure responsible for these authentication requests reached an operational threshold, leading to impact. After a period of service diagnostic monitoring, they confirmed that Microsoft Entra ID MFA functionality has recovered.
