Issue Description : Users may be unable to download multiple files at once when downloading from the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.

Final Update : 02/10/2023 0845:00:00 AM – After deploying the fix, Microsoft closely observed the service and, in light of their observations and feedback from affected users, they can affirm that the issue has been successfully resolved.

Scope of impact : The problem may impact users attempting to download multiple files at once when using the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.

Root cause : A recent code change, intended to improve file downloading in Microsoft Teams, contains a code issue that’s causing the impact.
