Issue Description : Users may be unable to download multiple files at once when downloading from the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.

Current Update : 25/09/2023 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft prepared and deployed a fix to the affected service environments. They are monitoring the progression of the fix, and will provide a resolution timeline once available.

Scope of impact : The problem may impact users attempting to download multiple files at once when using the Files tab of Microsoft Teams channels.

Root cause : A recent code change, intended to improve file downloading in Microsoft Teams, contains a code issue that’s causing the impact.
