Final Update : 03/10/2023 17:40:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix deployment is complete, and their telemetry indicates that this issue is resolved.

Scope of impact : Users serviced by the affected infrastructure attempting to utilize the Microsoft Teams mobile app are impacted.

Root cause : Some metadata necessary for visibly presenting channels to users in the Microsoft Teams mobile app was altered by a recent update, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their validation and update procedures to detect and prevent issues like this prior to deployment in the future.
