Issue Description : Admins may see an incorrect security patch level displayed for BYOD Android devices in device inventory.

More Info : Admins may have seen an incorrect security patch level displayed for BYOD Android devices in device inventory.

Affected devices weren’t displaying the correct security patch level in the hardware inventory page even though the most recent patch level was applied to the devices.

Final Update : 27/09/2023 09:30:00 AM – The fix has finished saturating throughout the affected environments to resolve the impact.

Scope of impact : This event may have impacted any admins who viewed the device inventory report.

Root cause : A configuration problem caused the incorrect patch level to be displayed in the hardware inventory page for BYOD (bring your own device) Android devices.
