INC38062100 – High Send Relay – RESOLVED

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of a transient issue impacting a small number of organisations utilising the High Send function on the Relay Gateway.

Engineers are urgently investigating and have taken mitigative steps to rectify the issue. We are awaiting a service restart and are monitoring the ensure this resolves the issue fully.

Final Update : 05/09/2023 09:30:00 AM: Following an extended period of monitoring overnight and this morning, with no further incidents raised and all testing completing without issue, we have closed this Master incident. We are undertaking a review of the change which caused this issue and will work with the engineering team to reduce the chances of any end user impact in the future.
